Sandpearl Luxury Condos on Clearwater Beach Florida Get Boat Docks
Sandpearl Residences and Resort will be home to more than beach front condos now - much to the happiness of local Tampa Bay boaters - the vote is in and Clearwater Beach is getting 47 new boat slips.
In my previous article, Sandpearl Condos & Luxury Resort Boat Docks Questioned by Home owners in Clearwater Beach FL, I discussed that not all Clearwater and Clearwater Beach Residents were happy when JMC Corporation and Mike Cheezam proposed Clearwater Beach Boat Docks on Mandalay Ave.
The issue caused a lot tense discussion but in the end JMC and the Sand pearl Residences and Resort won out!
The good news is that the Clearwater City Commissioners approved 42 new boat slips for Clearwater Beach and I think it's good news for Clearwater boaters.
27 of these boat slips would be for boaters buying condos at the luxury Sandpearl Residences - Clearwater Beaches newest luxury beach condos. The finalized deal enables the Sandpearl Resort to have 27 boat docks on North Clearwater Beach while they would build 15 more for Public use.

Sandpearl Luxury Condos on Clearwater Beach Florida Get Boat Docks is WONDERFUL NEWS!! There are so many avid boaters in Clearwater that it won't take long to fill these up! This was JUST on the NEWS Cyndee! You're very on top of things!
